Lilly Fabrics - Lilly Pulitzer

It all began with a little juice stand and a shift dress.  I've blogged before about my little love for Lilly Pulitzer so it should come as no surprise that I adore the LP fabrics for Lee Jofa.  The line was introduced in June and I have been swooning over it since and anxiously awaiting the perfect project for it.  The fabric line, just like the LP fashions, is so bright and vivid and fabulous!  These fabrics will add a Lilly-infused punch of sunshine and happiness to any room!!

My personal favorite is the Tail Lights in navy....preppy, classy, whimsical and just a bit of edge!

Fall....

Well, its not exactly Fall yet in Austin, but it is about 10 degrees cooler so I've decided to just go with it! I think we are all happy to be done with the triple digits around here.  With that said, I am setting my mind on all things Fall.  What better way to kick off the new season than with my two favorite retailers that always seem to capture the essence of a new season with one photo.  These photos get me excited about what is to come, gatherings with family and friends, the nip in the air, tights and boots, a warm throw blanket and the smell of cinnamon.  I want to dine here and wear this!

Inlay it on Me!

For the most part, my design aesthetic is rooted in the traditional but there is a good part of me that craves the eclectic.  I've blogged before about my love for all things bohemian and things that are "collected."  These are the items that can bring a room to life.  My current obsession in furniture, right now, is the Indian bone inlaid chest.  Here are a few photos from Graham and Green.  Enjoy!

Black & White Perfection

What is more classic than black and white?  I can't think of any other color combination that is always on trend and chic yet there is no color.  Neutrals with such impact.  I am loving these images and the strong, crisp contrast in each.  I'll always be a fan!

I just had to throw this one in for my own obsessions!

Bring the French Bistro Home

I have been swooning over these French Bistro chairs for like ever!  I think this look is so fresh and classic and it makes me feel like I would be having a french style brunch every day of the week.  More casual than your formal Dining set up.  These chairs and barstools are the perfect thing for your kitchen island and breakfast table.  These will never go out of style!
